VP of Memberships

One of None is looking for a VP of Memberships to manage our Collective community of renowned creators and creative resources.

As VP of Memberships, you’ll be responsible for the overall Collective satisfaction. You will work closely with the CEO and the Collective Committee to define and build the Collective community to ensure the membership culture and experience are maximized. You’ll be the bridge between our members and the remainder of the business.

Your goal will be to make the One of None Collective the most enjoyable private club with a 100% member retention rate.

Responsibilities

• Ideate new events and experiences for our members to promote engagement
• Lead a team of member relations to ensure bespoke luxury experiences for our creators
• Work with the Collective Committee to optimize onboarding experience for new Members
• Strategize and fulfill membership packages and gifts to creators
• Build a relationship with each and every member in the Collective
• Define and plan membership benefits based on community preferences
• Be proud member of the One of None family and be the best brand ambassador we have

Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in hospitality 
• Experience working with high-profile clients

Bonus Points

• Extensive network of contacts in the creative industries in the US
• Flexibility to travel frequently around your region
• Familiarity with Slack, ClickUp, and Google Suite
