One of None is looking for a Director of Human Resources to manage our people.

As Director of HR, you’ll be responsible for our hiring strategy, onboarding structure, and ongoing management of our staff. You’ll work closely with the heads of our departments to ensure that each team member is properly trained and aligned with the business’s overall objective.

Your goal will be to ensure that all One of None employees are satisfied with and equipped for their roles.

Responsibilities

  • Work with CEO, COO, and CTO to structure hiring operations
  • Manage job descriptions through all externally-facing channels and attract the highest-quality talent for all departments
  • Communicate major organizational expectations to all employees
  • Work with the COO to structure and optimize the onboarding process for new hires
  • Assist in onboarding new employees
  • Implement programs and best practices to deter employee misconduct
  • Manage instances of employee dissatisfaction and misrepresentation
  • Plan and organize various team building events to establish group cohesion

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
