VP of Sales


One of None is looking for VP of Sales to coordinate and plan all product drops in the One of None Marketplace.

As VP of Sales, you’ll be responsible for managing the Director of Business Development to curate products that will be dropped in the Marketplace. We will depend on you to guide the Collective Agents through the final leg of the product creation workflow, as you will ultimately be the one to orchestrate how One of None assets are dropped. You will also work closely with the VP of Memberships to ensure Collective Members are satisfied with their One of None experience.

Your goal will be to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the drop process to drive revenue.

  • Set, measure, and meet Key Performance Indicators to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Memberships to generate product for the platform
  • Lead the account management team of Collective Agents to help coordinate product drops
  • Research other platforms to determine optimal release strategy for each product launched
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to produce and receive all of the marketing assets needed for each drop
  • Ensure that the schedule for drops is aligned with the One of None brand
  • Make a point to know each and every creator in our collective
  • Be proud member of the One of None family and represent our business properly


  • 3+ years of sales management experience
  • Experience in business development
  • Experience in account management
