One of None is looking for a Director of Business Development to be responsible for onboarding new creators and resources into the Collective.

As Director of Business Development, you’ll be responsible for bringing creators into the One of None Collective by prospecting and converting new leads to join our exclusive creator community. We will depend on you to spearhead our outreach to new trendsetters, brands, and creative resources such as designers, manufacturers, and legal professionals.

Your ultimate goal will be to onboard as many qualified members as possible into the One of None Collective.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead Business Development strategy and outreach
  • Manage One of None agents to effectively onboard creators
  • Operate as the primary point of contact for new resources introduced to the company
  • Create scalable sales processes for agents to repeat
  • Set and measure KPIs to drive sales growth
  • Ensure the One of None brand is properly represented at all times

Skills

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Experience managing a sales team
  • Experience managing relationships with global enterprise brands

Bonus Points

  • 3+ experience with a leading CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with G-Suite (Docs, Slides, and Sheets) and ClickUp
