One of None is looking for Collective Agents to power memberships into the One of None Collective and generate products to be sold on the Marketplace.

As a Collective Agent, you’ll be responsible for working with creators and facilitating business development, account management, and product creation. You will work closely with the Director of Business Development and other sales agents to power the best Marketplace in the world for limited editions.  

Your goal will be to provide your Creators with a white glove service experience and launch as many One of None products as possible.

  • Is excited to learn and master new concepts as needed
  • Enjoys solving problems and thinking creatively
  • Can properly represent the One of None Brand
  • Has a passion for ongoing personal growth 
  • Has great communication skills and a sense of urgency
  • Comfortable navigating varying industries
  • Passion for creating and executing on strategy
  • Is interested in blockchain technology and technological innovation

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge in recruiting, assessing, retaining, and managing our Collective community with extraordinary creators
  • Assist in the product development of Hybrid Assets through facilitating the product creation workflow in the Creator portal
  • Nurture long-term relationships and help Creators succeed
  • Think creatively to come up with new product ideas or collaborations with our creators
  • Bring new ideas for up and coming creators to join the Collective
  • Act as an evangelist for the One of None Collective

Skills

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts
